At Home Spa Recipes

(All ingredients are available from your local natural foods market)

Body Exfoliant (also great for cellulite)

1 TBLSP.                 Coffee

4 TBLSP.                 Buttermilk Powder

3-4 TBLSPS.           Warmed purified water

 

Combine the dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.  Add the water slowly while mixing to a pancake batter consistency.  Use as an overall body exfoliant.  It is also great to apply to cellulite areas due to the caffeic acid content, using vigorous, circular massage movements to increase circulation.
